Edward is the No. 2 blue engine who is a good friend to everyone. He is one of the older and wiser engines on Zach & Sayori's railway.

When the others misbehave, Edward can often be turned to and relied on to calm everyone down and restore order. While he isn't as strong or fast as the other engines, Edward has proven time and again how invaluable he is to the railway.
